Softball

Lisa DownLisa Down covers all bases.

She has been active in national softball events in Canada since 1994, from supervising the national midget girls championship in Calgary to serving on the host committee for the Canadian senior men's championship in Saskatoon.

Down's international experience includes representing Softball Canada at the Beijing Olympics in 2008 and being team leader on the Canadian women's team at multiple events, including the world junior championship in South Africa and the senior championship in the Netherlands.

She has twice coached Saskatchewan women's team in the Western Canada Summer Games and also at the Jeux Canada Summer Games. She has helped to develop softball coaches at clinics for almost 20 years.
